Disturbingly dry summer and a burn ban has forced me to just start hauling the pile to the local dump. Luckily it’s like 10 bucks for 350 pounds. Looking like it’ll be at least 2 full loads.

I rented a big chipper last year to deal with the the stuff I was cutting down. Beat hauling it to the dunp, but likely cost a bit more.

Yeah and I just scolded because I had a piece of completely rotted wood in my load. “Yard waste only! That’s wood!” “This is rotting wood I found in my yard.” It went poorly from there.

I took yard waste to the local place and got dinged 20$ because they found trash in it. That trash was a cellophane from a pack of smokes.

I had to throw away about 300 lbs. of wood when we moved. I was pretty disappointed, we missed out on a bunch of chillin’ around a fire.
